Aspen strikes Gold again at the UK Employee Experience Awards

Aspen Healthcare is celebrating success following yet another Gold award at the prestigious UK Employee Experience Awards.

Aspen won Gold at the 2021 UK Employee Experience Awards (UKEXA) in the ‘Health and Wellbeing of Employees’ category, following the successful rollout of their wellbeing strategy across its hospitals.

Over the last four years, Aspen has won a staggering 11 Gold awards at UKEXA events. This includes two Gold awards in 2020, three Gold awards and the much-coveted ‘Overall Winner’ prize in 2019, and four awards in 2018!

This year’s Gold prize caps a challenging but fruitful 12 months for Aspen, with the company committing all staff, equipment and resources to the NHS to help combat the Covid-19 pandemic.

Aspen pipped water retailer Wave Utilities, building suppliers Civils & Lintels, HR consultants Reward Gateway and PR firm Magenta Associates to the Gold prize.
